No Sale of Personal Information

ZionHill Global does not sell, rent, lease, or auction your Personal Information to any third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in the sale of Personal Information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, the TDPSA, or any other applicable privacy law.

Licensed Insurance and Financial Services Partners

Where necessary to facilitate the delivery of licensed insurance and financial services, ZionHill Global may share Personal Information with appropriately licensed partner entities, carriers, or service organizations. Such sharing is limited to what is necessary for the specific service purpose, is subject to confidentiality obligations, and is conducted in compliance with applicable law.

Service Providers and Processors

DATA RETENTION

ZionHill Global retains Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to any longer retention period required by applicable law or regulation, or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Our general retention framework is as follows:

  • Active Client and Associate Data: Retained for the duration of the active relationship and for a period of not less than seven (7) years following the termination of the relationship, consistent with applicable insurance regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
  • Prospective Client and Inquiry Data: Retained for up to thirty-six (36) months from the date of last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Website Analytics Data: Retained in identifiable form for up to twenty-four (24) months and thereafter anonymized or deleted.
  • Legal Hold Data: Data subject to a litigation hold or regulatory inquiry will be retained for the duration of the applicable hold, regardless of standard retention periods.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, Personal Information will be securely deleted, destroyed, or permanently anonymized using industry-standard methods.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ZionHill Global implements a multi-layered information security program incorporating administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include, but are not limited to, encryption of data in transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) / Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, access controls and authentication requirements for systems containing Personal Information, vendor due diligence procedures to evaluate the security posture of third-party Processors, and employee training on data privacy and security practices.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no information security system, network architecture, or transmission protocol is entirely secure against all threats. ZionHill Global cannot guarantee the absolute security of any Personal Information submitted to or stored by our systems. In the event of a data breach affecting your Personal Information, ZionHill Global will notify you in accordance with applicable state and federal breach notification requirements.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Texas Residents — Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and will respond substantively within forty-five (45) days of receipt. We reserve the right to extend this response period by an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, with prior notice to you. We may require you to verify your identity before processing any request. We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline the request.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of thirteen without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. This Site may contain hyperlinks to, embedded content from, or integrations with third-party websites, social media platforms, or external digital services (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). The inclusion of any link to or integration with a Third-Party Service does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or representation by ZionHill Global of that site, service, or its content, products, or privacy practices.

This Policy does not apply to Third-Party Services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, security, privacy practices, or data collection activities of any Third-Party Services. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of use of any Third-Party Service you access through our Site. Your interactions with Third-Party Services are solely at your own risk.

DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) feature that signals to websites that a user does not wish to have their online activity tracked. There is currently no binding legal requirement or industry-wide technical standard governing how websites must respond to DNT signals. Accordingly, our Site does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to DNT browser signals.

With respect to Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals, ZionHill Global will treat such signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing of Personal Information to the extent required by applicable state law, including the CCPA/CPRA.

INTERSTATE AND INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

ZionHill Global is headquartered in the State of Texas and operates primarily within the United States.
